You'll operate heavy equipment and lead a small crew on earthwork projects like bioretention facilities and stormwater management. Your work directly impacts successful project completion for a growing site development contractor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate heavy equipment (excavators, mini excavators, bobcats)
• Run a small crew on a daily basis
• Install erosion control measures
• Excavate for and build stormwater management facilities

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant heavy equipment operating experience
• Ability to efficiently operate mini excavators and/or bobcats
• Must be able to communicate directly with client and manage crew members
• Current and valid Driver's License

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience operating full sized excavators, loaders and dozers
• Ability to shoot grades for stakeout and read cut sheets
