Description

You will manage full-cycle recruitment for go-to-market roles at a fast-growing remote-first company, ensuring excellent candidate experience and building diverse hiring pipelines. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract role.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment at tech startup or scale-up
  • Previous GTM recruiter experience hiring Sales, Marketing, etc.
  • Track record in high-paced hiring environment
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience with talent acquisition tools (Greenhouse, BrightHire, GoodTime)

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles
  • Create world-class candidate experience
  • Track and report on hiring metrics
  • Partner with sourcer to build pipeline for hard-to-fill positions
  • Improve recruiting strategy and processes
