Description
You will manage full-cycle recruitment for go-to-market roles at a fast-growing remote-first company, ensuring excellent candidate experience and building diverse hiring pipelines. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract role.
Requirements
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment at tech startup or scale-up
- Previous GTM recruiter experience hiring Sales, Marketing, etc.
- Track record in high-paced hiring environment
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience with talent acquisition tools (Greenhouse, BrightHire, GoodTime)
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles
- Create world-class candidate experience
- Track and report on hiring metrics
- Partner with sourcer to build pipeline for hard-to-fill positions
- Improve recruiting strategy and processes
