You will help define the future of Vote Save America's political footprint by expanding where we work, who we reach, and how effectively we move people to action. You'll identify and shape new opportunities across elections, issue advocacy, and movement-building, while cultivating strategic partnerships to strengthen our political positioning.

Requirements

• Experience in political strategy or campaign management
• Ability to anticipate shifts in political landscape and adjust priorities independently
• Strong stakeholder relationship and partnership cultivation skills
• Knowledge of elections, issue advocacy, and movement-building
• Based in or willing to relocate to Washington, D.C.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and execute political opportunities across local, state, and federal landscape
• Develop targeted strategies and programs to expand into new geographies and voter universes
• Manage VSA's volunteer program and mobilization campaigns with strategic guidance
• Monitor news cycle to identify opportunities for building progressive majority or shifting policy
• Vet political action by outside parties to ensure integrity and efficacy
