💼 About This Role

You'll lead customer implementation projects for Front's customer operations platform, overseeing net-new onboarding, expansion, and workflow optimization. You'll own the project plan, guide change management, and enable teams to reach value quickly. This role combines consultative problem-solving with technical project management in a fast-growing SaaS company backed by Sequoia.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee implementation engagements as the Front product SME with customers
• Develop project plans with timelines to ensure successful execution
• Facilitate regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Lead change management efforts and train customers on effective workflows

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success in SaaS
• Experience owning customer-facing projects from kickoff through launch
• Strong project management skills including timelines, risks, and stakeholders
• Excellent communication in English and French
