Description

You will perform in-process and final inspections of electrical harnesses and hardware to ensure compliance with specifications. You'll create inspection documentation, drive non-conformance reports to closure, and recommend process improvements to support lean manufacturing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Technical Degree preferred)
• 6 months experience in electronics quality inspection or manufacturing
• Hands-on inspection experience with IPC-620 or NASA 8739.4 Class 3
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of hardware against engineering drawings and industry specifications
• Conduct incoming inspections to support production timelines
• Create and maintain inspection documentation including FAIRs, Inspection Reports, CoCs, and EIDPs
• Drive Non-Conformance Reports to closure and verify corrective actions
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance quality and reduce inefficiencies
