You'll ensure sponsors get exceptional experiences across global events and digital campaigns for a growing community platform. Your work bridges sales promises and client delivery, driving satisfaction and retention. This role offers fast progression and real ownership in an ambitious team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage sponsor relationships from onboarding through event delivery
- Execute on-site event logistics and sponsor management globally
- Track performance and demonstrate ROI to clients
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with sales team
๐ Requirements
- Some experience in B2B account management, client success, or events
- Confident and personable client-facing skills
- Highly organised with ability to juggle multiple projects
- Proactive and self-starting mindset

- Knowledge of digital campaign reporting
