💼 About This Role

You'll manage and grow relationships with SME customers, focusing on upselling and cross-selling Airwallex's unified payments platform. Your impact will help customers maximize platform value and drive revenue growth. This role is based in Singapore and involves working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build deep relationships with portfolio to understand needs and provide value-based solutions
  • Advocate for Airwallex and ensure customers use services to full potential
  • Achieve revenue targets by focusing on input metrics
  • Forecast and build pipeline within Salesforce
  • Share customer insights with internal stakeholders to inform product roadmap

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B experience managing and growing technology/Fintech relationships with SME accounts
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Experience with complex sales, comfortable selling to C-level executives
  • Technically minded with prior experience in API B2B sales or account management

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce pipeline management
  • Knowledge of cross-border payments or financial platforms
