You'll be the connective tissue between users and builders, translating feedback into product improvements. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot technical issues via service desk and walk users to resolution.
  • Optimize intake forms, ticket routing, and SLAs to streamline support workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering on root cause analysis and continuous improvements.
  • Build dashboards and reports to monitor support volume and identify patterns.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or product operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across systems and platforms.
  • Experience with Jira or Zendesk for ticket management and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
