🎯 What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot technical issues via service desk and walk users to resolution.
- Optimize intake forms, ticket routing, and SLAs to streamline support workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering on root cause analysis and continuous improvements.
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor support volume and identify patterns.
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or product operations.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across systems and platforms.
- Experience with Jira or Zendesk for ticket management and workflow optimization.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
