💼 About This Role

You'll provide one-on-one behavioral support to students with autism in a military school setting. Working under BCBA supervision, you'll implement behavior intervention plans and collect data to drive student progress. This rare school-based role offers pay continuity during scheduled school breaks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for assigned students.
• Collect behavioral data (frequency, duration, ABC) for BCBA review.
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support inclusive learning.
• Apply de-escalation and crisis-prevention strategies as needed.

📋 Requirements

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience providing ABA-based behavioral support to children with autism.
• 1+ year experience supporting students with complex behavioral needs including data collection.
