🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute an end-to-end supply chain strategy for R&D to commercial manufacturing.
• Lead strategic sourcing and vendor management for critical raw materials and reagents.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and materials planning for 100% availability.
• Manage global logistics, cold-chain, and drive COGS reduction initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain or technical operations within biotech or life sciences.
• Deep experience sourcing biological reagents, enzymes, or complex chemicals.
• Proven track record of implementing or scaling ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) in manufacturing.
• Experience managing international shipping and cold-chain logistics for biological products.

• MBA or CSCP/CPIM certification.
• Experience building a supply chain function from the ground up during a commercial launch.
