You will manage the lead pipeline, drive outbound activities, and qualify new leads to support the growth of Contentful's sales team. You'll partner with Account Executives, use sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo, and achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and meetings.

Requirements

  • Previous BDR/SDR experience in a similar industry
  • Self-starter with proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technical understanding and keen interest in technology
  • College/University degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through strategic outreach
  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to build pipelines
  • Document and strategize using use case, stakeholders, and decision process
  • Keep Salesforce up-to-date for lead management and forecasting
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly goals for qualified opportunities and meetings
