You'll lead channel sales for Ajax Systems across North-Central Italy, managing distributor relationships and driving sell-out performance. You'll directly impact revenue growth through strategic partner management and market expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor sellout and stock levels of distributors.
• Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers.
• Handle order flow, delivery, and inventory efficiency.
• Manage partner rebates and credit notes processing.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a channel manager in electronic security or related industry.
• Strong focus on achieving sales targets in sell-in and sell-out channels.
• Good analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors.
