You'll lead design and implementation of advanced blockchain protocol improvements, focusing on scalability and performance optimization. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver next-generation scalability solutions, including throughput optimization
• Lead protocol initiatives related to PBS, MEV mitigation, and transaction ordering
• Develop parallelized transaction execution models within EVM-based environments
• Build and optimize core blockchain infrastructure components and clients

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in backend, distributed systems, or protocol engineering
• Strong proficiency in Golang and experience building large-scale distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum clients such as Geth or similar
• Proven track record of architecting high-performance, production-grade systems

• Familiarity with MEV, PBS, parallel execution models, or high-performance runtimes
• Open-source blockchain contributions or protocol-level engineering experience
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools
