You'll lead a new Agentic Engineering team at Cato Networks, building AI agents and intelligent workflows to improve business processes. You'll drive solutions from idea to production, directly impacting enterprise automation and security. This role combines hands-on coding with team leadership in a cutting-edge SASE company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement agent-based AI workflows for internal process automation
• Build LLM-powered tools including agents, workflows, and copilots
• Develop RAG pipelines integrating multiple data sources
• Ensure AI governance, security, compliance, and monitoring

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as a lead engineer or similar hands-on role
• 1-2+ years proven experience with AI solutions
• Strong Python skills with production-quality code
• Experience with agentic AI workflows and LLM applications

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS AgentCore, n8n, UiPath, Make, or Workato
• Experience with enterprise AI governance and compliance
• Managerial experience for small teams
