• Own the design, fabrication, and implementation of advanced tooling and fixtures.
• Partner with structures, manufacturing, and test teams to define tooling requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and vendors to deliver rapid prototype tooling solutions.
• Perform design validations and hands-on trials to qualify tooling for use.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, aerospace, or related engineering field.
• Hands-on experience with physical hardware (internships, labs, project teams).
• Proven ability to design, build, break, and iterate quickly.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes (machining, welding, forming) and GD&T.
