  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Track record of hiring technical talent across software engineering, product management, and design
  • Deep understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decisions
  • Proven experience influencing executive leadership on hiring

  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse, Gem, and Looker
