You'll build and scale Product, Design, and Engineering teams at Braze, a leading customer engagement platform. You'll design and execute creative recruiting strategies, drive operational improvements, and mentor junior team members. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage high-volume, high-impact searches with minimal guidance
- Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies using data
- Serve as strategic partner to stakeholders and hiring managers
- Drive new operational processes within the TA team
๐ Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Track record of hiring technical talent across software engineering, product management, and design
- Deep understanding of recruitment metrics and data-driven decisions
- Proven experience influencing executive leadership on hiring
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, Gem, and Looker
- Experience mentoring junior team members
