Description

You will partner directly with high-value customers to accelerate adoption of Komodo Health's data products, design solutions for complex analytical queries, and synthesize market feedback to inform product development. Your work will empower stakeholders across life sciences to unlock critical insights from real-world healthcare data.

Requirements

• 7+ years in data analytics, management consulting, or similar healthcare roles (RWE/HEOR, Commercial Life Sciences, or Payer/Provider)
• Experience with claims-based or similar datasets
• Proven ability to partner directly with customers and translate questions into analytical approaches
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to leverage AI tools for productivity

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic onboarding and discovery for high-value clients
• Consult on complex analytical queries such as patient longitudinal studies and provider segmentation
• Build and maintain helper scripts, documentation, and visualizations for customer analytics
• Synthesize technical challenges and advocate cross-functionally to influence data product enhancements
• Establish trust with key clients by enabling data-driven insights
