Description

You will design and implement systems engineering for a land defence programme, working with industry partners and military forces to develop complex systems that address future battlefield challenges. You'll bridge technical and commercial delivery, ensuring on-time, quality, and cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in systems engineering of defence systems
• Experience leading a project team

Responsibilities

• Develop system architecture aligned with software and defence system requirements, supervise system integration
• Act as Subject Matter Expert on RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) aspects
• Collaborate with software architects and developers to translate system-level requirements into software solutions
• Manage system integration, verification, validation, qualification, and certification
• Oversee project timelines, resources, and budget to deliver within scope and on time
