You'll provide outstanding service to customers and support outside sales managers at a fluid process equipment company. You'll answer technical questions, process orders accurately, and maintain customer relationships. This role offers a chance to develop sales and technical skills in industrial distribution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer phone calls and respond to customer technical inquiries
• Assist customers with product selection using catalogs and resources
• Provide detailed quotations computing price, discount, and shipping
• Enter customer orders in ERP system with 100% accuracy
• Expedite orders to meet required delivery dates

📋 Requirements

• Associate Degree or equivalent technical training
• 2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email
• Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude
