🎯 What You'll Do

• Support individuals in daily living promoting choice and autonomy.
• Ensure safety by responding to behavioral and medical needs.
• Implement Individual Support Plans and assist with medication.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma
• Experience with intellectually disabled or brain injured adults
• Ability to drive residence van
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and personal vehicle
