💼 About This Role

You'll own the technical development of a high-thrust kick stage for responsive space solutions, working across all engineering disciplines. You'll ensure mission success for commercial and defense customers by delivering a high-performance vehicle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical and programmatic execution of a capable kick stage.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and engage in the smallest detail.
• Identify, preempt, and solve issues that threaten the program.
• Communicate technical concepts to team, leadership, and customers.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering.
• 10-15 years of experience in launch vehicle and/or spacecraft development.
• Demonstrated past ownership of complex projects.
• Deep understanding of several rocket vehicle disciplines.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proven history of success in launch vehicles or in-space propulsion.
• Prior experience with Commercial, NASA, and DOD customers.
• Strong familiarity with SMC-S-016, SMC-S-025, and qualification approaches.
