You'll act as a lead technical strategic advisor for strategic partners in the EMEA region, ensuring they have the technical vision and enablement to build world-class solutions on the Twilio platform. You'll design sophisticated, multi-platform solutions and drive long-term architectural self-sufficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive technical enablement and readiness across strategic partners.
• Partner with regional GTM teams to embed partner strategies into early-stage planning.
• Architect scalable, secure solutions integrating into complex enterprise stacks.
• Act as technical bridge between partner community and Product teams.
• Create reusable solution assets and technical documentation.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or partner-facing roles.
• Demonstrated experience in System Integrator or Technology Partner ecosystems.
• Technical fluency in API-first architectures and building functional prototypes.
• Outstanding communication skills for executive and developer audiences.

• Subject Matter Expertise in AI-powered customer engagement (Agentic workflows, RAG, LLMs).
• Proficiency in multiple languages applicable to the EMEA region.
