💼 About This Role

You'll lead test automation strategy and AI tooling adoption for a global cloud-native platform at Caseware, a fintech leader. You'll balance hands-on contributions with team enablement to drive quality across distributed microservices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review and refine test tools and frameworks for platform changes
• Lead design of new automation frameworks for microservices
• Host technical meetings to align priorities and share updates
• Conduct automated and manual testing to understand product workflows

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in software quality engineering
• 2+ years as a technical lead or senior automation engineer
• Proficient in Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, RestAssured, or Karate
• Experienced with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted testing tools or Copilot-based script generation
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of observability tools (NewRelic, Datadog, Grafana, Splunk)
