You will manage post-sale client service for auction sales, overseeing activities from auction through payment and shipping. Your role involves facilitating transactions, issuing communications, and resolving client issues to ensure high satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent client service skills with active listening and empathy
- Good numeracy skills; basic bookkeeping a plus
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and follow through
- Prior experience with SAP is desirable
Responsibilities
- Assist buyers and sellers through post-sale process
- Facilitate and process post sale transactions including invoicing and payments
- Issue timely and accurate client communications
- Work with Shipping Coordinator to organize shipping quotes and deliveries
- Partner with business areas to resolve client issues and execute transactions
