💼 About This Role

You'll lead health economic strategy for a clinical-stage vaccine company, building cost-effectiveness models to support payer access and immunization policy. You'll shape value narratives for internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on adult pneumococcal programs. This role offers the opportunity to establish HEOR best practices from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and lead HEOR strategy across vaccine lifecycle.
• Build cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and population health models.
• Translate findings into value dossiers and payer materials.
• Collaborate with RWE, clinical, and market access teams.

📋 Requirements

• PhD with 8+ years or Master's with 12+ years in health economic modeling.
• Experience leading cost-effectiveness and budget impact models.
• Expertise in decision-analytic modeling methodologies.
• Experience with payer submissions or health technology assessments.

• Experience in vaccine or infectious disease HEOR.
• Familiarity with dynamic transmission models.
