💼 About This Role

You'll lead the full ML lifecycle for a new AI organization, taking projects from concept to deployment. You'll own technical execution across real-time field applications and research-oriented tools for counter-drone systems. This is a founding role with direct CTO office visibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end execution of ML projects from data to deployment
• Collaborate with R&D teams on data collection and ML integration
• Develop models for real-time field performance and autonomous research tools
• Act as technical authority for ML strategy within CTO office

📋 Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• At least 3 years building, training, and deploying ML models
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Proven ability to take ML from research to implemented solution

✨ Nice to Have

• M.Sc. in a related field
• Experience building AI agents (RAG, agentic workflows, tool-calling)
