💼 About This Role

You'll provide play-based speech therapy for neurodivergent children as part of a transdisciplinary care team. Your work will directly improve communication and quality of life for families while you advance through a structured Clinical Ladder Program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop individualized treatment plans for children with neurodevelopmental differences
• Provide play-based speech and language therapy integrating sensory and motor strategies
• Collaborate with neurologists, OTs, PTs, and ABA professionals
• Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP licensure in Massachusetts
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (CFs encouraged to apply)
