🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team in watering, feeding, defoliating, and transplanting cannabis plants
• Perform daily audits to maintain optimal growing conditions
• Safely handle and apply sanitizing and chemical sprays
• Measure and dispose of plant waste per state regulations

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of experience in commercial cannabis, agriculture, or landscaping
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
