You'll manage and recruit channel partners to drive business growth for a leading AI-powered contact center platform. Your role is pivotal in scaling the channel program and ensuring partnerships contribute to Convoso's success. You'll define structure and processes in a still-evolving program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners
• Develop and execute strategic partner engagement plans
• Manage existing partners and conduct performance reviews
• Coordinate with internal teams to support partners

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in CCaaS industry
• Proven ability to build or scale a channel program
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred)
