Description

You will lead and manage cross-functional activities across Product Development, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Education, IT, and Finance to ensure on-time execution for new product development and non-NPD projects globally. You'll design strategic project plans, drive milestone adherence, facilitate meetings, and mitigate risks to keep initiatives on time, in scope, and on budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in R&D or Supply Chain.
• 7+ years of experience in process/project management across global teams, concentration in R&D or Supply Chain.
• Strong understanding of project management foundations; experience with stage-gate process strongly preferred.
• Skilled problem-solver with out-of-the-box thinking.
• Able to operate autonomously amidst ambiguity and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Design and own strategic project plans, identifying critical path and cross-functional interdependencies.
• Document and drive milestone adherence, set due dates, and follow up to ensure tasks are met.
• Identify and propose contingency plans to keep initiatives on time, in scope, and on budget.
• Lead and facilitate regular cross-functional team meetings across Product Development, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Education, IT, and Finance.
• Communicate project status updates, actions, and risks to the executive team.
