You will develop strategy, key metrics, tools, models, and processes for assessing the health of Starlink business. Extract valuable insights from data across all business units and the Starlink network, working with technical and business teams to make customer acquisition as efficient as possible.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, statistics, or STEM
• 1+ years professional experience with Python and SQL
• 1+ years professional experience with statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms

Responsibilities

• Build high-visibility dashboards and analytics tools to uncover trends in customer growth or experience
• Transform insights into action items for business and engineering teams based on statistical evidence
• Develop monitoring systems to quickly detect trends and regressions
• Work with software and production teams to optimize user experience
• Develop models to forecast customer acquisition
