💼 About This Role

You'll define and drive the multi-year AI product vision for NICE's CX platform. You'll shape how AI transforms enterprise customer experience at global scale, working hand-in-hand with engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams. This is a senior leadership role where you'll champion AI-first thinking and influence executive decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define multi-year AI product roadmap for CX platform
• Lead AI product delivery from concept to customer value
• Serve as senior point of contact for strategic customers
• Partner with engineering and data science leadership

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in AI/cloud
• 3+ years in a product leadership role managing PM teams
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts including model lifecycle
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI or LLM-based products
• Background in Contact Center or CCaaS platforms
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
