💼 About This Role

You'll design and develop agentic AI systems for a Fortune 1000 digital services company. You'll build LLM-based agents and RAG pipelines to solve complex business problems in healthcare insurance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop agentic AI systems for autonomous task execution
• Implement LLM-based agents using LangGraph, AutoGPT, or CrewAI
• Build and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Fine-tune and prompt-engineer foundation models for domain-specific use cases

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI
• Strong Python programming skills with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or HuggingFace
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases
• Experience in the healthcare insurance payer side

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or agent evaluation frameworks
• Experience in domain-specific AI applications (healthcare, insurance, customer service)
• Ability to iterate quickly on prototypes and scale into production
