You'll lead a team of Transaction and Accounts Associates, overseeing customer inquiries across email, social media, and transactions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Transaction and Accounts Associates.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across email, social media, and transaction workflows.
• Monitor workflow performance and ensure timely, quality responses.
• Act as escalation point for complex customer cases.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Business, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service, account management, or financial operations.
• 1-2 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
