You'll design adoption strategies, manage stakeholders, and ensure business readiness, applying methodologies like PROSCI and agile frameworks.

Requirements

  • Experience leading large transformation projects (systems and processes)
  • English B1-B2
  • Consulting or organizational transformation experience in large/multinational companies
  • Team management of 50-100 people
  • Knowledge of PROSCI methodology
