🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute marketing strategy across multiple channels
• Lead creation of high-quality content using AI tools
• Establish consistent brand assets and messaging guidelines
• Drive data-based decisions on marketing activities and budget

📋 Requirements

• Completed degree from a leading business school or journalistic education
• Proven experience in similar role, ideally in B2B or SaaS
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills for healthcare audiences
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

✨ Nice to Have

• Design proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, or Figma
• Solid knowledge of data analysis including Google Analytics
