💼 About This Role

You'll own ARR and KPI reporting for a high-growth SaaS business and drive our AI automation agenda across finance workflows. You'll work at the intersection of revenue analytics, financial systems, and AI, with genuine ownership of the FP&A tech stack.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end ARR reporting, tracking new, expansion, contraction, churn, and NRR.
• Build and maintain SaaS KPI framework covering MRR, ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, and Rule of 40.
• Design and maintain AI-powered automations for finance workflows using Vertex AI, Gemini, Claude.
• Administer FP&A tech stack: Abacum, BigQuery, Looker; collaborate on ERP and CRM systems.

📋 Requirements

• Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and 6–9 years in revenue ops, finance systems, or FP&A.
• Strong grasp of SaaS metrics: ARR, MRR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, Rule of 40.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Abacum, BigQuery, and Looker.
• Confidence writing SQL for data extraction and transformation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building AI automations with Vertex AI, Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make.
• End-to-end understanding of data flow from Salesforce to Looker dashboards.
