🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead large, complex technical programs from planning through delivery independence
• Coordinate across engineering, product, and business teams to manage dependencies
• Proactively plan for and mitigate risks, evaluate alternatives, and structure communication plans
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and foster high Scrum maturity

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years experience including 3-4 years in Program Management
• Deep technical understanding of scalable systems and architecture
• Strong experience managing cross-functional programs end to end
• Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like JIRA

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML and GenAI systems at scale
• Experience with LLMs and model lifecycle management
