Requirements

• 12+ years professional software engineering experience with system-level thinking
• Demonstrated ability to own systems/capabilities with cross-team impact
• Recognized technical authority who sets patterns and shapes engineering culture
• Track record of leading initiatives across org boundaries without authority
• Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences

Responsibilities

• Provide technical thought leadership on architecture and delivery decisions
• Own systems and capabilities end-to-end with accountability for technical direction and quality
• Identify architectural problems and scalability risks, drive resolution with concrete proposals
• Deliver across full stack (Angular, .NET, C#, Python, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
• Set engineering standards and patterns in API design, data modeling, testing, and code quality
