🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver one-on-one nursing care to clients in Wilkesboro area
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan
• Document patient care using electronic charting system
• Communicate with clinical team and family members

📋 Requirements

• Active LPN license in North Carolina
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Commitment to minimum 24 hours per month

• Previous home care experience
• Experience with electronic charting systems
• BLS certification
