You'll be the tip of the spear for Laminar's sales pipeline, identifying and contacting construction teams who can benefit from our consultancy services. Your core impact is opening doors and turning cold leads into warm conversations, helping us digitize construction project delivery. You'll also help refine our outreach strategy using data and insights.

- Proactively identify and cold call construction teams to set intro calls.
- Refine outreach strategy using data and experimentation.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Contribute to building and scaling SDR processes and systems.
๐ Requirements
- B2B sales experience, ideally in construction tech.
- Proven ability to engage decision-makers and guide sales process.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex ideas.
- Comfort and confidence with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
