You'll lead the architecture and technical development of Gemini Enterprise Customer Experience solutions on Google Cloud. You'll build scalable, secure environments powering conversational AI and agentic workforce implementations.   • Stay current on Google CES, generative AI, and NLP trends.
  • Architect and develop Google Cloud environments for GECX deployments.

  • Configure IAM and service accounts for governed access.

  • 5+ years of experience in technology consulting or digital transformation with AI/ML.
  • Practical expertise with Google Customer Engagement Services (formerly CCAI).
  • Proven success delivering AI/ML-powered customer engagement solutions.
  • Strong understanding of CX design and contact center operations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Active Google Cloud Professional Certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect).
