🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee cost accounting for clinical- and commercial-stage manufacturing
• Manage product costing, inventory valuation, and COGS reporting
• Lead, mentor, and supervise accounting staff to improve efficiency
• Coordinate external audit activities and ensure GAAP compliance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in biotechnology or life sciences
• People management experience required
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, close processes, and operational accounting

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA certification
• Experience with NetSuite ERP
• Clinical trial accounting experience
