🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard new clients onto the Workyard platform
• Handle escalated customer support inquiries
• Manage and improve automated support content
• Track escalations to engineering or customer success

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Implementation for a SaaS solution
• Understanding of business process and data mapping
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
