You'll join the global IT support team at Fundraise Up, a fast-growing fundraising platform trusted by top nonprofits. You'll own access governance and SaaS administration, automating workflows to improve security and efficiency across the company.
π― What You'll Do
- Triage and resolve L1 escalations within SLAs.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding accounts and device setup.
- Respond to security incidents using playbooks.
- Automate repetitive tasks with scripts and APIs.
- Administer corporate SaaS tools and access policies.
π Requirements
- 5 years in IT support with 3-5 years at L2/sysadmin level.
- macOS administration and end-user troubleshooting.
- Google Workspace admin skills (roles, logs, security).
- Experience with incident handling (phishing, compromise).

- Automation experience with scripts, APIs, or n8n.
- Corporate SaaS admin ownership across multiple tools.
- Knowledge of 1Password or Jira Service Management.
