You'll join the global IT support team at Fundraise Up, a fast-growing fundraising platform trusted by top nonprofits. You'll own access governance and SaaS administration, automating workflows to improve security and efficiency across the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Triage and resolve L1 escalations within SLAs.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding accounts and device setup.
  • Respond to security incidents using playbooks.
  • Automate repetitive tasks with scripts and APIs.
  • Administer corporate SaaS tools and access policies.

  • 5 years in IT support with 3-5 years at L2/sysadmin level.
  • macOS administration and end-user troubleshooting.
  • Google Workspace admin skills (roles, logs, security).
  • Experience with incident handling (phishing, compromise).
