💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a trusted partner to Brex's CTO and Engineering leadership, shaping org design, talent strategy, and leadership development. Your work will directly enable scaling a high-performing engineering organization through strategic people initiatives. You'll also champion AI-powered people processes to pioneer more effective HR workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise CTO and Engineering Managers on org design and health
• Translate business strategy into people and org implications
• Coach leaders on hiring profiles, succession planning, and mobility
• Lead org design efforts including structure definition and rollout
• Drive clarity around roles, scope, and leveling across Engineering

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years People Business Partnering with Engineering orgs
• Proven partnership with C-level or senior executives
• Led org design and transformation in high-growth environments
• Strong influencing of senior leaders in ambiguous situations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting rapidly scaling fintech or product-led orgs
• Familiarity with technical org design challenges
• Track record of deploying AI in people workflows
