You'll conduct mineral and title research for a growing land management team in Canton, OH. Your work will directly support drilling operations and lease payouts for clients. This hybrid role offers a stable environment where consistency and timeliness are valued.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research county records for surface and mineral ownership via online databases or courthouse visits.
• Analyze and document research results for client reports.
• Meet deadlines and balance multiple priorities in shifting timeframes.
• Contribute to other duties as assigned by management.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in title/mineral research.
• Curative experience.
• Juris Doctorate or degree in Energy Management with sufficient experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

• AAPL membership.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Juris Doctorate or degree in Energy Management/Commerce.

🚩 Heads Up

• Role is 1099 contract but includes full-time expectations and supervision.
