💼 About This Role

You'll ensure excellence in Moderation quality across internal specialists and BPO partners at Bumble. You'll drive performance improvements through QA reviews, feedback, and coaching. You'll embrace AI tools to extract insights and refine QA frameworks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily QA reviews for Moderation decisions and interactions.
• Provide actionable, respectful feedback to specialists and BPO reviewers.
• Handle QA disputes from start to finish with professionalism.
• Operate CX QA tools to monitor quality data and identify trends.
• Collaborate with QA Manager to maintain consistent calibration and methodology.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in moderation or Trust & Safety environment.
• 1+ year conducting QA reviews in a quality role.
• Experience in content moderation or similar Trust & Safety environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in training or coaching with an eye for learning needs.
• Comfortable using and exploring AI tools in daily activities.
