You'll lead a sales team for Paytm's QR & Soundbox products in Chennai, driving merchant enrollments and usage. You'll maximize sales targets, build client relationships, and motivate your team to achieve growth. This role offers the chance to impact India's digital payment ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage sales enrollments and achieve targets in assigned city
• Prepare and maintain a database of prospective customers
• Handle and motivate team members for better sales performance
• Ensure team regularly conducts market visits for enrollments and usage

📋 Requirements

• Must have smartphone, bike, and helmet
• Must have prior channel sales experience managing a team of 5 members
• Must understand distribution and expansion concepts
• Must have graduate degree or higher
