• Conduct structured technical and behavioral interviews for senior engineers
• Assess technical proficiency, problem-solving, and communication clarity
• Document insights and provide written feedback
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to refine rubrics

📋 Requirements

• Senior or Lead Engineer with hands-on product development experience
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Flexibility to conduct 1-1.5 hour interviews on weekdays within LATAM or US Eastern hours
• Technical background in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, React, Node.js, cloud technologies
